Cut the prohibitive red tape that is chasing business to Jersey City to encourage a more vibrant restaurant scene and encourage mom and pop shops, makers and creative enterprise to thrive in Hoboken.

Stand Up For Taxpayers

Encourage smart urban planning and attract commercial partnerships, like urban wineries, distilleries and hydroponic gardens to expand our tax base while holding the line on residential taxes.

Be Fair To Residents

Eliminate quota driven parking tickets, extra user fees for mobile parking apps, and exorbitant rates for publicly-owned recreation facilities.

Invest In Our Quality Of Life

Create a Quality Of Life Team to respond to noise violations, vagrancy, panhandling, dog waste, and other daily nuisances.
